What data we process and why

Data entered in the booking form (name, phone, date, time, number of guests and any notes): we use it only to handle your booking request and reply to you. Legal basis: carrying out a request made by you (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent.
Technical browsing data (for example IP address and requested pages), logged by the website hosting provider to run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Your cookie choice, saved in your browser so that it can be remembered.

We do not ask for data we do not need and we do not use your data to profile you or to send you advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for the time needed to handle the booking and then deleted. Technical data is kept by the hosting provider for the periods set by its service.

Who it may be shared with

Our staff who handle bookings and the technical service providers we use (website hosting and, if enabled, the service that forwards the booking form by email). If you choose to send your request on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp under its own terms. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use profiling cookies or analytics or statistics tools. It only uses a technical storage item in your browser to remember your cookie choice, which does not require consent.

The map on the home page is Google Maps content. It is loaded only if you accept cookies from the banner or press "Load the map": in that case Google may set its own cookies and process data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you reject, the map is not loaded and you can use the link to open directions directly on Google Maps.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" button below or in the page footer, and you can delete the site data from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing or phoning the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
